Stay Thin While Already Eat More? Perhaps the reason for this ..

ectomorf and eat a lot of regular eating patterns do not always have the same influence on the shape of the body of each person. https://id.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140602201106AA1ZPz2 There are people who eat a lot, but it still belongs to thin, and instead there are people who eat a normal frequency but the body tends to be more obese. How this can happen, and what factors influence that?

Doctor dietitian Phaidon L Toruan explained that in addition to eating habits, genetic factors also have an important role in determining a person's body shape. https://www.flickr.com/people/126421825@N05/ As for genetic traits that influence a person's body shape was divided into three, namely ectomorf, Endomorph, and mesomorp.

Ectomorf
This type represents a person who is born with genetic factors skinny. Ranging from small to adulthood, she remains thin. As adults, the body tends to lean despite eating a lot of falls. http://www.citizenside.com/en/reporter-photo-video/ivich99.html People who eat a lot but did not visit the obese include type ectomorf possible. Those who find these people need more caloric intake with a balanced diet. Moreover, they need to focus on high protein intake in order to build muscle more easily.

Endomorph
This type describes people born with genetic factors obese. From a young age they tend to have body fat despite eating pattern is relatively the same with friends of the same age. As adults, the easier it is for fat.

Sun explains that probiotics may have a good effect

However, the researchers noted that the consumption of probiotics is less than 109 CFU (colony-forming units - or a dose probiotic bacteria levels) http://www.citizenside.com/en/reporter-photo-video/ivich99.html or consumption of less than 8 weeks did not improve blood pressure.

"A small collection of our study suggest regular consumption of probiotics can be part of a healthy lifestyle to help reduce high blood pressure, as well as maintaining healthy blood pressure levels," said Sun

Sun explains that probiotics may have a good effect on blood pressure by lowering cholesterol levels, reducing blood sugar levels and insulin resistance, https://www.flickr.com/people/126421825@N05/ as well as help regulate hormone systems that manage fluid balance and blood pressure.

Although these findings suggest that consumption of probiotics can lower blood pressure, but Sun said that doctors should not recommend probiotics to control the patient's blood pressure to further research to confirm these benefits.

This is not the only study that shows the benefits of probiotics. Last year, a study by researchers from the University of California-Los Angeles, https://id.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140602201106AA1ZPz2 showed that probiotics may be beneficial for brain function, while other studies found that probiotics can also be effective against psoriasis and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Griffith Health Institute and the School of Medicine

Now, research led by Jing Sun, PhD, of the Griffith Health Institute and the School of Medicine at Griffith University in Australia, showed that consuming probiotics from food sources and dietary supplements can improve blood pressure. https://id.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140602201106AA1ZPz2 Probiotics 'may help reduce high blood pressure and maintain healthy blood pressure'.

To reach their findings, Sun and his team analyzed nine studies that assess the quality of probiotic consumption of 543 adults who have normal or high blood pressure. The researchers found that on average, participants who consume probiotics every day for 8 weeks or more had a 3.5 mm Hg https://www.flickr.com/people/126421825@N05/ lower systolic blood pressure (the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats) and 2:38 mm Hg lower diastolic blood pressure (the pressure in the arteries between heartbeats), compared with those who did not consume probiotics.

Among all participants, the most powerful effects is perceived by participants with high blood pressure (130/85 mm Hg or more). http://www.citizenside.com/en/reporter-photo-video/ivich99.html Greater benefits found from the consumption of probiotic products that contain some types of bacteria.

yogurt people probably already know that eating foods probiotics (good bacteria) are very beneficial for intestinal health. https://id.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20140602201106AA1ZPz2 It seems that the list of benefits of probiotic foods is increasing, due to new research published in the journal Hypertension showed that taking probiotics can also help lower blood pressure.

Probiotics are live microorganisms that occur naturally in the gut. https://www.flickr.com/people/126421825@N05/ These microorganisms are also present in some foods, such as yogurt, some fermented vegetables, and cheese.

Probiotics Can Maintain Blood Pressure

Previous studies have shown that probiotics are very good for our health by helping digestion, bowel function, and protect against harmful bacteria. http://www.citizenside.com/en/reporter-photo-video/ivich99.html Earlier this year, a study published in JAMA Pediatrics shows that the use of probiotics in infants may also reduce the risk of digestive disorders. Such evidence makes probiotics are added in certain foods even available in supplement form.

Android 4.4 KitKat to feature a “Google Experience” launcher

A new report says that Android 4.4 KitKat will bring a “Google Experience” launcher, a feature that previous reports digging through an older KitKat build log file have also hinted at.

Android Police has it that Google is working hard on a new launcher for Android 4.4 KitKat which will be called Google Experience. That’s the name found in an earlier build, where the launcher’s packages was called com.google.android.gel, which Android World identified then either as a launcher or a “hub” for Google services.

According to Android Police, gel is the short version of Google Experience Launcher, and the fact that its name is com.google.android.gel instead of com.android.gel seems to suggest that the launcher will be available in the Google Play Store – the same Android World pointed out a few days ago the same thing about the name of various Google apps which will apparently have a .google in their name, indicating a possibility that those apps will be available as independent downloads from the Play Store.

Finally, Android Police points out to KitKat’s motto – “to make an amazing Android experience available for everybody” (see top image) – which seems to suggest that with KitKat, Google may want to offer users that won’t immediately have access to the latest OS update some of the latest versions.

Keep in mind that this VLC for Android is available for devices with an ARMv7 CPU or an x86 CPU. ARMv6 devices will be supported in a further release.

$45 dual-SIM 7 inch smartphone

To be honest, this phone isn’t all that good when you look at the basic specs. It has a 1 GHz MediaTek MT6515 ARM Cortex-A7 processor, a 7 inch, 800 x 480 pixel display with poor viewing angles and a little too much screen flicker, only works on 2G networks (not 3G), and it doesn’t appear to have a lot of memory or storage.

But it’s kind of neat anyway, for three reasons:

It sells for just $45 at retail in China.
It features dual SIM card slots.
There are three batteries, including two that you can swap out without even turning off the tablet.
Charbax from ARMDevices picked up this Android 4.1 phone/tablet in China recently, and Roland at MobileGeeks filmed a little video showing off the device’s features.
